Can you ship my order internationally?
Yes. We do discounted shipping to Canada, Australia and the UK. All other countries receive shipping at only $24.95 via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries:

Can you ship to my P.O. Box, APO, FPO, and etc. address?
Yes, if you have trouble filling out your address on our online store please feel free to contact us.

What is your return policy?
At Beautyclub.net we are committed to providing you with excellent products and complete satisfaction, however, due to the deep discounts already in place, all sales are final.

 

How long will it take to ship out my order?
Most in stock orders ship out within 24-48 hours.

 

Pricing Errors  
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error after an order has been placed for that item, we will: cancel the order, notify the customer & then refund that customer in full. Mispricings will not be honored.

How can I check the status of my order?
There are several ways to check the status of your order. First you can login to our store using your email and password, and check your order status there. After placing your order you should receive an email confirmation when your order ships out. This email will include tracking numbers for your order so you can track your order. If you have not yet received this email feel free to visit our Contact Us page and contact us regarding your order status directly.

 

Does shipping time include weekends?
Shipping estimates do not include weekends, and we do not ship products out over the weekends.
